WINEMAKER NOTES:
This Chiantii comes from Sangiovese grapes from the Montagnola vineyard of Tenuta I Colli, located in the municipality of Monteriggioni, where the Bindi Sergardi family has lived for centuries. All the vinification operations are carried out in steel in order to preserve the aromas and gustatory freshness of this red, which the company wanted to dedicate to the city of Siena and its traditions.
TASTING NOTES:
Bright ruby in the glass, it gives the nose sensations of cherry, strawberry, violet and blood orange. Taste that rests on a lively freshness, with tannins that appear silky and integrated into the body. Good persistence, fruity ends.
PAIRINGS:
Perfect for first and second courses of land cuisine, with delicate white and red meats.
