Because of our long-standing partnership with UPS, FedEx, DHL and many other world-class carriers, we are able to offer various shipping options. Our warehouse staff is highly skilled and will pack your goods in accordance to our precise and exact specifications. Before shipping, your goods will be thoroughly examined and secured. Every day, we send hundreds of packages to our customers across many countries. This shows that we're committed to be the largest online retailer in the world. We have distribution centers and warehouses located in Europe and the USA.
Note: Orders that contain more than one item are assigned a processing period depending on the item.
Prior to shipping the items, our staff will carry out an extensive inspection of the items you purchased. Today, the majority orders will be sent within 48 hours. Expected delivery time is between 3-7 days.
Returns
We don't manage the stock at our warehouse and factory. Stocks can be changed at any moment. Be aware that your order could become unfulfilled once you've placed your order.
The period of time is 30 days. If you haven't received your item within 30 days, we are not able to provide the option of a refund or exchange.
You are able to return a product when it's unopened and in the same condition when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
