In the now classic style that awoke a passion for sauvignon blanc in the U.S. decades ago, the 2017 Fumé Blanc displays aromatic, white summer peaches with juicy Meyer lemon citrus, tangerine zest and a hint of gooseberry in each refreshing, mouthwatering sip. 85% Sauvignon Blanc, 15% Semillon
WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
The grapes were hand-harvested in the cool of the morning and gently pressed as whole clusters–minimizing skin contact–to retain freshness and vibrancy. Ninety percent (90%) of the juice was barrel fermented for added richness and complexity. The balance underwent a cool fermentation in stainless steel to heighten the vibrant fruity and herbal flavors. The new wine was aged for 6 months in 60-gallon French oak barrels, sûr lie (on the yeast lees), and hand stirred twice a month for a creamy texture and seamless integration of flavors. The addition of a small percentage of Semillon gives the final blend a broader mouthfeel and enhanced complexity. The wine was bottled in June 2018.

Returns
The inventory is constantly changing and we do not fully manage it because many stakeholders are involved, including our warehouse and factory. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any time. It's possible that the stocks could be depleted after your order has been placed.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since you've bought the item and we're unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a refund, your product must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it in. You must have the item in its original packaging.
