Blacksmith Cellars has been hand crafting artisan batches of wine since 2001. Our grapes are chosen from small vineyards all over the state where we find a meeting of Terroir and quality farming. We hope you enjoy these very special small production wines.
Speedy Shipping and Professional Packaging
Due to our longstanding partnership with UPS FedEx DHL as well as other leading global carriers, we are able offer a variety shipping options. Our warehouse staff is highly skilled and will pack your products according to our precise and exact specifications. Prior to shipping, your goods are thoroughly inspected and safely secured. We deliver to thousands of clients each day across multiple countries. This is a sign of our determination to be the largest online retailer in the world. Warehouses and distribution centers are located throughout Europe and the USA.
Note: Orders that include more than one item are assigned a processing time in accordance with the item.
Prior to shipment, we inspect the ordered items carefully before shipping. Today, the majority orders will be sent within 48 hours. Delivery is expected to take between 3 and seven days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic. It's not completely managed by us, as we're involved with several parties such as the factory and the storage. The actual levels of stock can change at any moment. You may not receive your purchase after it's been placed.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If you don't receive your product within 30 days, we are not able to issue the option of a refund or exchange.
The item you purchase must be in its original packaging and in good condition. It must also not be used. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
