WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
This Cabernet is small in production and spends 18 months in French Oak barrels. The blend is primarily Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon, but also has Pritchard Hill Malbec and Pritchard Hill Merlot. The wine has incredible depth and complexity, delicious black fruits and amazing opulence. Hypothesis Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon is a muscular wine that loves to be paired with food, but is sophisticated enough to stand on its own.
Blend: 96% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Malbec, 2% Merlot
TASTING NOTES:
Currants, plums and cherries with violets and bark on the nose, following through to a full body with round, juicy tannins and a long, flavorful finish.

The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Hypothesis is a charming, relatively straightforward effort, yet it brings beautiful fruit. Blueberries, cassis, cedary spice, and violet notes give way to a medium to full-bodied, nicely textured, sweetly fruited beauty that’s about as easy-drinking as they come. It’s undeniably delicious and should be enjoyed over the coming 7-8 years.

The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Hypothesis has a deep garnet-purple color and pronounced notes of baked blackberries, warm plums and blackcurrant cordial plus suggestions of pencil lead, clove oil and camphor. The full-bodied palate has a sturdy frame of grainy tannins and bold freshness supporting the generous black fruits, finishing with an invigorating lift and impressive purity.

Returns
The stock is constantly changing. It's not completely managed by us since we're involved with several parties such as the factory and our storage. The actual stock can fluctuate at any time. Be aware that it's possible that your order will become unavailable even after you have placed the order.
Our policy lasts thirty days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed from the date you purchased the item, we will not be able to give you a refund or exchange.
The item should not be used, and it must be in the original packaging. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
