Our warehouse staff is expertly trained and will wrap your products according to our precise and precise specifications. Your goods will undergo an extensive inspection and be properly packaged prior to being delivered. We ship to thousands of customers each day in different countries. This shows our commitment to become the biggest online retailer on earth. There are distribution centers as well as warehouses across Europe as well as the USA.
Note: Orders with more than one item are assigned a processing time according to the item.
We will inspect each and every one of the items ordered before shipping. Currently, most orders are shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time varies between 3-7 days.
Returns
The inventory is constantly changing and we do not completely manage it because of the fact that several parties are involved, including our warehouse and factory. The levels of stock can change at any given time. Please be aware it's possible your order will be unable to fill once you've placed your order.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you haven't received your item within the 30 days period, we are not able to issue a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your product must be unopened and in the same state that you received it. It must also still remain in the original packaging.
