WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
Made from old vines and hand harvested (a tradition totally lost around here except at the best Mâcon estates). The wine featured here is made in stainless-steel vats, to express the fruity, floral aromas and flinty minerality that characterize the best Chardonnay in the region. This wine pairs incredibly well with rich salads, chicken dishes or an after-dinner cheese and fruit platter.
