WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
Daniel’s first official sparkling wine is the 2022 Pétillant Naturel aka Pet Nat. In classic Decibel style, we are pushing the boundaries a little to bring you this delightfully refreshing fizzy number from BioGro certified organic Chardonnay. The delicate fizz is produced through an ancient method by bottling partially-fermented wine and allowing the yeast to finish their job in the bottle which traps in the natural bubbles. The spent yeast hulls, aka “lees”, remain in the bottle so the wine has a natural haze to it. With refrigeration, the lees will settle to the bottom. Perfect for enjoying poolside on a sunny afternoon, or as a vinous alternative for the hazy or sour beer lover.

Our warehouse staff are highly trained to pack your goods exactly according to the specifications that we supply. Your goods will undergo an extensive inspection and be safely packaged prior to being sent out. Every day, we deliver to thousands of clients in different countries. Note: Orders containing more than one product are assigned a particular processing period based on the individual item.
Before shipping Our team will conduct a thorough inspection on the products you ordered. The majority of orders will be shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time should be between 3-7 days.
Returns
The stock is constantly changing and not fully managed by us due to the involvement of multiple entities, including the factory as well as our warehouse. Therefore, the actual inventory could alter at any time. Be aware that your order will become unfulfilled once you've placed your order.
Our policy lasts for thirty days. We cannot return or exchange your purchase after 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition and in the same state that you received it. The item must be in its original packaging.
