Our warehouse employees will pack every item to our exacting requirements. The goods you send us are checked thoroughly and securely secured prior to shipment. Warehouses and distribution centres can be located in Europe as well as the USA.

We will thoroughly inspect all items ordered before shipping. Most orders today are shipped in 48 hours. The delivery time varies between 3-7 days.
Returns
The stock is constantly changing. It's not completely managed by us, since we're involved with several entities, including the factory and our storage. Stock levels can fluctuate at any time. It's possible that the stock may run out after the order has been made.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you don't receive the product within 30 days, we're not able to issue either a return or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a return the item must be unused and in the same state that you received it in. It should also be returned in the original packaging.
