Our warehouse personnel are well educated and will package the goods according to the exact and precise specifications. Before shipping your items will be carefully inspected and secured. We ship to hundreds of thousands of customers each day across various countries. This is a testament to our commitment to be the largest online retailer globally. The distribution centers and warehouses distribution are situated in Europe and the USA.

Before shipping, all ordered items will be thoroughly examined. The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hours. Expected delivery times are between 3-7 days.
Returns
The stock is constantly changing. It's not completely managed by us, as we have multiple parties such as the factory and our storage. The stock can change at any time. It is possible that your order is out of stock when the order has been placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. We cannot exchange or refund your order if it has been 30 days from the date of purchase.
The item should not be used and in the original packaging. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
