Before shipping, we will examine the items ordered thoroughly. Most orders are delivered within 48 hours. The delivery estimate is between 3-7 days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic. It's not completely managed by us, as we're involved with several parties such as the factory and our storage. This means that the actual stock could fluctuate at any moment. It's possible that your order could become unfulfilled after you place the order.
Our policy lasts for a period of 30 days. If you haven't received the product within 30 days, we are unable to offer the option of a refund or exchange.
Your item must be in its original packaging and in good condition. It must also not be used. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
